WELCOME TO DIMORA

Welcome to Dimora

When conceiving the vision for 171-173 Bayard Street, inspiration was taken from the historic architecture that makes New York City unique. Of particular interest were the fascinating details featured on warehouse buildings throughout Williamsburg. These warehouses were erected in the 1800s as celebrations of commerce, and artfully demonstrate the pride of an era and industry.  Today, there is a resurgence of interest in these warehouse buildings for use as residential homes. However, converting them into comfortable and modern living spaces had challenging limitations. So we started from scratch! Showcasing 12 loft duplexes, 171-173 Bayard reinvents the historic warehouse aesthetic with contemporary comforts and conveniences to provide a home you will love well into the future.  171-173 Bayard was featured on “Million Dollar Listing” Season 7.

205 Frost Street was built in tandem with Dimora’s flagship development at 171-173 Bayard Street. While sharing many of the industrial details that made for such a unique aesthetic at Bayard, 205 Frost expands on this theme by offering a wide unit mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom rentals. This 8 unit loft building boasts high-end European kitchen cabinetry, Miele appliances and expertly finished details such as exposed brick walls that are simultaneously riveting and inviting. Built with only one unit per floor and direct elevator access into the lofts, 205 Frost offers a unique opportunity for privacy and convenience unlike anything else in the neighborhood.

Williamsburg has eclipsed Manhattan’s East Village as the place to be for young professionals, artists, and writers. Although well into the throes of gentrification, it is still a classic Brooklyn neighborhood, rich in history and tradition. Most recently, young families have begun to descend on Williamsburg, drawn to the vibrant cultural mix where they can enjoy life without compromise. With its enviable location and transportation, Williamsburg is an easy and convenient commute for those who do so. However, considering the abundance of excellent restaurants, unique shops, art galleries, music venues, thriving parks, and so much more, residents could not be blamed for never wanting to venture outside of the neighborhood! 29 Havemeyer Street was conceptualized as a nod to Williamsburg’s changing aesthetics and demographics. The project will feature 3 floor-through, 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom layouts with an elevator opening directly into the space. Just two blocks from the Bedford L stop and 8 minutes from Manhattan, 29 Havemeyer is built for Brooklynites who dream of seamlessly combining family, work, and social life.

The 505 Clinton Avenue development was recently purchased in an effort to diversify Dimora’s portfolio. Expanding outside the trendy Williamsburg area, 505 Clinton is situated directly in the middle of Brooklyn’s massive Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park project. Anchored by the brand new Barclays Center and 17 new mixed-use high rise buildings, 505 Clinton is poised to be at the heart of Brooklyn’s imminent commercial and residential renaissance.
